William Smith
William Smith (Will), Associate, graduated and received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. Will received his M.B.A. from Stetson University as a dual degree. He completed his undergraduate studies at The Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida graduating magna cum laude. Before joining Susan Fuller & Associates, P.C., Will was a Deputy District Attorney for the Fourth Judicial District encompassing El Paso and Teller Counties. His trial experience includes DUI/DWAI, Domestic Violence, Juvenile, Felony Crimes of Violence, Sex Crimes, Theft, Weapons Charges, and Traffic Involving Death. While pursuing his legal education, Will interned for Hon. Elizabeth Kovachevich in the Federal District Court for the 11th Circuit in Tampa, Florida. He was also a litigation intern for the Department of Justice. Will worked for law firms specializing in litigation, real estate and creditor/debtor law.
