Lauren Patton

Lauren is an experienced and highly regarded attorney who is passionate about helping others. Her practice focuses on civil litigation and family law related matters. She enjoys the daily challenges and rewards associated with practicing civil litigation and family law.

In her role as a civil litigation attorney, Lauren has successfully assisted numerous clients in matters involving construction defects litigation, contract disputes, property law disputes, real estate law, boundary disputes, and contested probate.

Lauren has also successfully assisted countless individuals with their family law needs, including, but not limited to, resolving complex dissolution of marriage matters involving high net worth individuals and the division of high asset estates and issues concerning parenting time disputes.

Lauren understands the pressures and frustrations that can come from the litigation process. Through her professional career and personal life, Lauren empathizes with the emotional, personal and quite often, high conflict issues raised in family law cases. Lauren has dedicated her professional career to advocating for her clients and their families. Her ability to determine the strengths and weaknesses of a case allows her to assist her clients with the highest levels of compassion and competency. She refuses to let emotions cloud her judgment and she always seeks to resolve cases outside of the courtroom in a thoughtful and responsible manner to limit the emotional and financial strain on her clients. However, when a matter cannot be resolved through negotiations or mediation, Lauren utilizes her preparedness and extensive experience to advocate for her clients in trial.

Lauren completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Denver where she earned a B.A. in Biology and Psychology. She then attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2016.
